One of the goals at Companions, Journeying Together is to help families communicate with each other. Prisoners with good family support do better upon their release, and there are many factors that make that communication difficult. Thus, we help by providing prisoners, mostly juveniles and women, with cards and stationery for their use in writing their loved ones at Mother’s Day. Please help us acquire the supplies we need for this project (click here for list).
We give thanks for the generosity of Trinity, as we have surpassed our “stretch” goal of $600,000 with a total of $608,990 pledged towards our Mission and Ministry Campaign. This represents 74 households making a commitment. And we are so grateful for your support for our ministries in 2022, through our stewardship campaign, with a total of $343,335 pledged towards our operating ministry budget, with a total of 94 pledges.

Dear Trinity Faith Community, Friends and Partners in Mission:
As 2021 draws to a close, I hope and pray that you will experience the true gifts of Christmas: peace, hope, joy and love. I join our Trinity leaders in expressing our gratitude for each of you. It’s been quite a year for us all! The generous response to A Future With Hope Campaign this fall has been an incredible testimony to the resilience, generosity, and faithfulness of our congregation.

Trinity collected Christmas gifts for Salt Creek Elementary School District 59 families. More than 60% of the children at Salt Creek qualify for reduced lunch and other services for low income families.
