The Mount Prospect Interfaith Council is made up of Village representatives, civic leaders and faith-based organizations in our local area. The Council was formed in the 1980’s and shepherded over the years by Mayor Carolyn Krause (St. Mark Lutheran Church) and Mayor Skip Farley (Trinity member) as well as many pastors and spiritual leaders. The group has evolved in its purpose and mission. Today we meet quarterly for conversation, community and connection. We share information about our organizations and invite others to partner and participate.
