means from my home to yours
The Mi Casa a Su Casa team at Trinity are grateful for the generosity of so many in the church and Trinity community! During the holidays, we continue to welcome donations of furniture and home goods in excellent working condition.
Please encourage friends and neighbors to email SuCasaMP@gmail.com with photos of items they would like to donate. We will respond as soon as possible to arrange a convenient drop-off or pick-up time. Due to space limitations, we ask that you do not leave items at the church or in the office without first connecting with Mi Casa a Su Casa volunteers. Thank you!
Mi Casa a Su Casa (aka “Mi Casa”) is a new Love Your Neighbor project initiated by Trinity’s Outreach/Missions Committee.
Mi Casa a Su Casa strives to provide local families with basic household items. The families may be refugees, low-income, homeless, or some combination. School districts help with donations of clothing and food in a lot of situations, but simply cannot facilitate finding and delivering large items on a regular basis.
To date, a number of families have received furniture (beds, tables/chairs, couches, dressers, etc.), cookware (pots, pans, dishes, knives, baking equipment, etc.), bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies and other essentials.
If you have items to donate, please email SuCasaMP@gmail.com or call Seana. (Due to space considerations, we cannot accept drop-offs at this time.)
**Special request**
Mi Casa a Su Casa is searching for good or great condition beds for two families in need. Frames of any size! Mattress and/or box springs…twin or full size preferred if pickup is necessary. Will try to arrange appropriate transportation for anything larger!
Please no stains, rips, broken parts, etc.!
We are also in search of an enclosed cargo trailer (5’x8’-preferred, or 6’x12’) to facilitate picking up and delivering items!
