Every fall, we complete a report to the Charge Conference about our membership. As a part of that process, we also update contact information for Trinity families. This is very important so that we know where you are and how to reach you.
You might have had small or large changes in your information, such as:
- You retired or changed jobs and no longer use your business phone number and email address
- You are a student or recently graduated and have new contact information
- You have moved to only having a mobile phone, with no landline
- Your adult children no longer live with you, but are still members, active or inactive
- You have moved or have a seasonal alternate address
- It is helpful if you provide us with birthdates for you and your family members.
- For regularly-attending members and constituents, we need to know if you want your information published in the church directory. We do not share this information outside our active church community.
Providing your baptism, confirmation, and marriage dates would also be helpful, as we often get requests from other churches asking that we confirm this information.
The easiest way to update your contact information is by completing the tear-off in the Sunday bulletin and putting it in the offering plate. You may also call the church office to let us know of any changes. (847) 439-0950
