Lent is a time for introspection and self-reflection; an opportunity to make adjustments in our lives that open space for God. “Opening space” doesn’t mean adding more activities to an already packed day, or disrupting family routines that are working well! Instead, we can make small adjustments to the way we structure the time dedicated to scheduled activities. For example:
- at meal time, share Loving Kindness Prayers for family members and friends.
- at bedtime, review the day with a Rosebush Examen for Children
- as the weather warms up, go outside for a Wonder Walk together.
