Pet Blessing Thank You!

70 humans, plus a multitude of pets, joined us last Sunday afternoon for our 2nd Annual Pet Blessing! Thank you Cindy Kiel, Ben Heimann, Ben Graham, Tyrone Mitchell, Julie Junkel, Brian Kiel, and other leaders for leading us in this fun event! We connected with friends old and new, humans and animals! Cindy Kiel offered wonderful treats for the animals, and we shared apple doughnuts from Continental Bakery! If you’re interested in helping plan this fun event for next year, let us know in the church office, and we’ll get you connected!

If you’ve enjoyed Miss Carole’s childrens’ messages over the past year, you might enjoy sharing music with a little person in your life. Adult/Child classes are now registering for 2 Fall Sessions on Thursdays.
Session 1: Sept. 9 – 30
Session 2: Oct. 14 – Nov 4
Tiny Tunes (children 18 mos – ⅖) 9:30 – 10 am
Sing’n’Shake (children ⅖ – 4 yrs) 10:15 – 10:55 am

Green Lake Retreat 2021

Trinity Green Lake ALL CHURCH Retreat Weekend Sept. 10-12, 2021 (Friday – Sunday)! After the year we have had, are you looking for something to do outdoors at the end of this summer? The GREENLAKE Family Retreat is just what you need for your family! Join us for a weekend of outdoor activities to reconnect with your family without TV and electronics. Enjoy fishing, kite flying, horse-shoes, fellowship, campfires and pot luck! Housing available: Hotels, campsite, cabins, etc. Campsite ranges $37-$45 per night. Macaroni Soup Music Classes

Miss Carole’s parent/child classes are back at Trinity UMC – OUTDOORS! The 4-week session runs Thursdays at 10:00 am beginning May 20. It’s a Family Sing targeted to children 2-5 years old, but older and younger siblings are welcome. Grandparents & caregivers, too! We sing, we move, we learn! Bring a blanket. We’ll observe the current CDC guidelines for masks and distancing. To register, email Miss Carole or call 847-384-1404. Session fee is $50 per family. Thanks!
