Dear Trinity Friends,
Thank you for your part in making such a fun day at our first ever Trinity Trunk or Treat and Dia de los Muertos celebration. Whether you were involved in the planning, promotion, administration, staging, candy supply chain, crafting, a/v, heavy lifting, photography, traffic control, activity tables, clean up, dress up, or opened your trunk, YOU helped to make this event “a blast!” (a sentiment shared by one of our guests on Saturday.)
One of the key things we are learning, through these series of community events (Pet Blessings, Blessing of the Back Packs, Halloween Events) is that building relationships with our neighbors is not a one-day effort. The attendance on this day was the fruit of intentional connections with District 59, our Trinity Preschool, and the neighbors in the office buildings surrounding our church building… I can’t wait to see what God will bring, as we move into A Future With Hope! (Pastor Wendy, The Tidings, 10/22/2021)
As I wrap up loose ends and record details in the Event Plan for next year, I would be most grateful for your critical evaluation of the event. Please enjoy the photo gallery, and click here to complete a brief evaluation this week.
You are a blessing in more ways than you know. Believe it!
